The FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello has approved the immediate removal of the Director, Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), Baba Shehu Lawan who has been replaced by Mrs. Oluwatoyin Omolola Olanipekun.

The Minister has also approved the immediate removal of all heads of Department as well as Heads of Unit under the Board and directed their deputies to immediately take charge.

The Minister made these changes on Wednesday after he and the FCT Permanent Secretary; Dr. Babatope Ajakaiye met with the former management team of the AEPB.

VP OSIBANJO RECEIVES CAMEROONIAN PRESIDENT PAUL BIYA

Nigerian Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbanjo Tuesday received the visiting Cameroonian President, Mr. Paul Biya at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja.

Professor Osibanjo led a high-powered Nigerian team to welcome the visiting Cameroonian President whose aircraft touched down at exactly 11:15am.

Meanwhile, the FCT Minster, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello has conferred honorary citizenship of Abuja on the President of Cameroon, Mr. Paul Biya and presented him with the key to the City of Abuja.
