The Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) has said that it had no case of false assets declaration against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki until the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) filed the criminal charge against the former Governor Kwara State in 2015.The bureau which has the legal responsibility of vetting assets forms submitted to it by public office holders held that there was no petition or complaint of false asset declaration against the Senate President hence his assets forms were not subjected to probe by the CCB.
