Crimea War: Russian Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian Andriy Deshchytsia hold first talks in Hague

The foreign ministers of Russia and Ukraine,  Sergey Lavrov  and Andriy Deshchytsia have met on the sidelines of the nuclear summit in the Hague, Netherlands. the first face to face talks since the ousting of Ukraine’s pro-Russia president and Moscow’s annexation of Crimea.

Diplomatic source confirmed that Kerry, Hague and eshchytsia hold direct talks on Ukraine crisis in Paris today and have issued a joint statement reminding the Russian Federation of the Budapest Memorandum, the 1994 agreement signed by the Governments of the U. S. A., the U. K. and Russia.
