BOKO HARAM : OUR MILITARY AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

I keep wondering if our military is a round institution in its field ,territorial defense.  While not laying claim to a deeper professional knowledge of warfare I do a lot of studies on general issues and I am sufficiently equipped mentally to know when it rains.

The manner in which the military top brass manages information on BOKO Haram insurgence needs more professional touch than what are being spewed to the public.

Within a week Nigerian military spewed various contradictory information capable of destroying not only the military but also people's confidence in once respected armed forces !
