Osun State Declares Monday As Public Holiday to Mark June 12

The Osun State Government has declared Monday as a public holiday to commemorate June 12 celebration in the state.

The declaration is contained in a statement issued and signed on Friday by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, and made available to newsmen in Osogbo.

The statement quoted Adeoti as saying, “In line with its established policy of observing June 12 of every year as Democracy Day, the State Government of Osun has declared Monday, June 13 as public holiday.”

Revealed: IBB, David Mark Stop Gusau From Resigning

Immediately after an online news portal, Saharareporter broke the news on the resignation of the minister of defence, Lt.-Gen Aliyu Gusau, the Presidency and the Ministry of Defence denied the report stating that Gusau still remains the minister in charge of defence.
But the denial notwithstanding, The Punch in a report said it gathered that minister was on his way out of the cabinet of President Goodluck Jonathan but for the pressure mounted on him at the instance of President Jonathan.

The GREENWHITE Coalition can reveal that the current Boko Haram campaign is a covert operation organized by the American Central Intelligence Agency, CIA and coordinated by the American Embassy in Nigeria.

We have already been regaled with reports provided by the Wikileaks which identified the US embassy in Nigeria as a forward operating base for wide and far reaching acts of subversion against Nigeria which include but not limited to eavesdropping on Nigerian government communication, financial espionage on leading Nigerians, support and funding of subversive groups and insurgents, sponsoring of divisive propaganda among the disparate groups of Nigeria and the use of visa blackmail to induce and coerce high ranking Nigerians into acting in favour of US interests.
