His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari carried on with his relentless diplomatic engagements up to the very last minute before leaving the UK.

Following the unfortunate slip of the tongue made by PM David Cameron about Nigeria supposedly being fantastically corrupt, Buhari saw an excellent opportunity to embark on a diplomatic assault intended to sell Nigeria's image in the eyes of the British public and the international community. And he went for it in earnest!
