Human Rights Agenda Network (HRAN) joins other Rights Groups in Abuja today the 6th of May, 2014, in a protest march to the Ministry of Defense; demanding for immediate release of the abducted school girls in Chibok, Borno State. HRAN also demands for accountability from the military, the Federal Government and Borno State Government on how they handled the security situation in the State, which led to the exposure of these young school girls. HRAN also believes that the State Education Board and West African Examination Council have not displayed enough level of responsibility by allowing the abducted girls to remain in the remote part of the Borno, knowing the security situation in the State.
