Three suicide bombers have attacked Madagali town in Adamawa State, northeast Nigeria. Scores of people are feared dead following separate multiple explosions that rocked the area.
Eye-witnesses said the explosions which occurred on Friday morning, took place at a crowded motor park on the outskirt of the town. Madagali, is 300 km from Yola, the state capital.
Although volunteers and security men were seen evacuating bodies from the scene, the number of casualties are yet to be determined. This attack is coming barely two weeks after the Nigerian Army repelled an attack by fleeing Boko Haram terrorists in Gulak village in the same Madagali Local Government Area.

Dozens feared dead as twin blasts hit Adamawa
Twin explosions have ripped through a market in Madagali, Adamawa State northeast Nigeria.
The incident, which occurred on Friday, is reported to have killed dozens of people.
Police spokesman Othman Abubakar confirms the blasts but says he has no toll of victims yet.
Boko Haram Islamic extremists are blamed for the attack Friday morning on the edge of the group’s Sambisa Forest stronghold, which Nigeria’s military has been bombing ahead of ground assaults.
