You never know what's going to happen but we're very well prepared to play this final. we'll have to run, run and run. We know what it is to suffer and tomorrow I'm sure we'll have to show that, but in a final it's normal to have difficult moments during the match, and if you want to win you've got to go through that suffering”.

On Atletico: “They're a team. I can't pick out one particular player. They work as a team. I wouldn't take anyone out of the Atlético side. We know how they work. They're in the final for a reason: the good work they've all put in. They'll make it a complicated game, we know that and we're prepared for it”.

On wheter the match will be hard: “Not hard. Hard implies something ugly and it's not like that. It'll be difficult but we're ready and the players just want the match to start after 15 days of preparation. First off we'll have to defend well without the ball and then we've got our attacking weapons to do good things going forward”.

On Cristiano: “He had some discomfort in Manchester but he's back at 100% and we're playing a final. He's fine. He's not got the same problems as in Manchester, it's different”.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane claimed three-time World Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo is 100 percent fit for his side’s Champions League semifinal, second leg showdown with Manchester City on Wednesday.

Ronaldo missed last week’s 0-0 draw in the first leg due to a thigh injury, but took a full part in training on Monday and Tuesday.

However, Zidane confirmed that Madrid will be missing two other key players in striker Karim Benzema and defensive midfielder Casemiro through injury.

“Cristiano is fine, he is 100 percent, that is why he trained this week and will be there tomorrow,” Zidane said on Tuesday.

“Karim and Casemiro are another thing. In the scan today Karim still has a problem and we don’t want to risk him.
