LOOTING: THE RELIGION OF ACCIDENTAL SENATORS

Nigeria Senate
Since the advent of this democray, the Nigeria National Assembly has been very corrupt and when it comes to looting in Nigeria, there is no difference between political parties or "honest" or dishonest legislators. Simply put, there is no honesty. Furthermore, there is no difference between ethnicity, religion or region. They all have one common purpose: to loot Nigeria at any slight opportunity.

99.9% of Nigerian legislators (whether in the Senate or House of Representatives or State Assemblies; whether they are Christians, Muslims, Traditionalists, Atheists or what have you or whether they are Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Efik, Fulani, Ijaw, Kanuri, Ibibio, Nupe, Tiv, etc) they are very dishonest. The only language they understand or religion they have in common is LOOTING. Some might pretend to be honest, showing outwardly to the people that they are honest and that they are for the people. It's all pretense and what has been happening in the National Assembly since 1999 till date are all the numerious evidences. I can tell you right now, none of them is honest. They are all self-seeking. Once it comes to money, positions, expectations, what will benefit them and their families now or in the future at the expense of the citizens, they will all agree on that very quickly, even the remaining .1% will switch side at the last minute. That is Nigeria.

TAN: TRANSFORMATION AGENDA NIGERIA (OR) THIEVES AROUND NIGERIA - Abdulazeez Adeniyi

SOUTH WEST zonal rally in Ibadan produced 4million voters signatures asked GEJ to carry go.

SOUTH SOUTH zonal rally in Port-Hacourt produced 4million voters signatures asked GEJ to carry go.

North central, Northwest, Northeast and Southeast are still mobilising signatures that will asked GEJ to carry go.

Are all these signatures real or imaginary? If they actually are, how much exchange hands?

I remember Late General Sani Abatcha days when all political parties endorsed him and some even organized 1million match for him in Abuja to deceive him.

THE MODERN ART OF GOVERNANCE AND OGBENI RAUF AREGBESOLA OF APC IN THE STATE OF OSUN

It is a popular norm, globally acknowledged and practiced by developed nations, that political parties serve as an avenue where values and qualities are discovered which, when discovered, are fully utilized to nurture the interests of the people and achieve a profitable end for the future of the concerned political entity.

The engine through which these values and qualities, if discovered, could be utilized to better the lot of the society is governance while the oil which lubricates the engine of governance is a capable and competent administrator.

Ogbeni Aregbesola, who is honoured by the Business World Magazine, amongst several others, as the “Most Innovative Governor in Nigeria”, has proven himself as an astute administrator with much difference. Armed with his innate spirit of kindness, people’s oriented programmes, and progressive policies, Ogbeni has greatly transformed the old Osun state - where official prodigality, administrative irresponsibility, self enrichment, people’s impoverishment of high level, educational decadence, economic bastardization and ridiculous degree of misgovernance was the order of the day - to the present State of Osun which is being administered by governance of belief rather than incredulity; governance of hope rather than despondency; governance of light rather than darkness; governance of truth rather than mendacity; governance of prudence rather than prodigality; governance of care rather than abandonment; governance of sincerity rather than deceit; governance of decency rather than decadence; governance of egalitarianism rather than god-fatherism; governance of amiability rather than unfriendliness; governance of altruism rather than egoism and; governance of true democracy rather than autocracy.

This is National conference of election riggers – Delegate

A delegate to the ongoing National Conference in Abuja,  Aliyu Abdulkarreem has said that the Conference is full of active election riggers.

Abdulkarreem who said this while contributing to the debate on report by the Committee on Political Parties and Electoral Matters in Abuja on Tuesday, recommended that stiffer penalties must be put in place to discourage election rigging in the country.

He noted that the product of election rigging in the country had been bad governance and suggested that offenders must be shot to serve as deterrent to others.

“I want the Conference to look at the issue of rigging in the country. It is giving us bad government and that is why we are having bad governance. “Election riggers must be shot. This Conference is full of election riggers and, therefore, I move a motion that election riggers must be shot in order to serve as a deterrent to others.”
