President Jonathan's order on Tuesday follows a bombing attack by the suspected Boko Haram militant group at a crowded Nyanya bus station in Abuja on Monday.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) Summit will see Heads of state and business leaders from Africa flowing to Abuja between May 7-9.
