Operatives of State Security Services (also known as DSS ) again on Thursday stormed the Abuja home of a former National Security Adviser, retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki.
The intention was to stop the former NSA from travelling out of the country following the Court injunction that the former NSA can seek for medical attention any where including oversea countries.
A Federal High Court in Abuja had on Monday approved the request of Dasuki to travel out of the country for medical treatment.
The Federal High Court Judge, Justice Ademola Adeniyi, who is presiding over the case of gun running and illegal arms possession brought against Dasuki by the Federal Government, said Dasuki has a right to seek medical treatment in any country of his choice.
The Judge also ordered the Registrar of the court to release Dasuki’s travel documents to him.
The DSS is also questioning a former Governor if Adamawa State, Boni Haruna, who stood as surety for Dasuki.
