FIFA Bans Barcelona From Transfer Windows

The world Football Governing Body, FIFA has handed down two season ban to  the Spanish giant, Barcelona FC. Aaccording to FIFA must not sign any player for the next two transfer period GOAL.COM  reports.
The sanction was as a result of an investigations initially conducted by FIFA Transfer Matching System (Fifa TMS) over the course of last year and subsequently by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee as part of disciplinary proceedings.
Barcelona FC, according to FIFA violated several provisions and rules pertaining to the international transfer and first registration of non-Spanish minors with the club, as well as other relevant principle rules in regard to the registration and participation of certain players in national Football event and competitions.

FIFA investigations of BFC concerned several minor players who were registered and participated in competitions with the club over various periods between 2009 and 2013.
FIFA rules state that international transfers are only allowed for players over the age of 18 except in specific circumstances and with the direct approval of the world body's Players' Status Committee.
If  Barcelona FC, without mercy is ban for the next two seasons, then the club is bound to suffer great diminishing banned retrogression for the periods.
Chelsea were initially banned from signing players for two windows in 2009 after the controversial recruitment of Lens winger Gael Kakuta, although the punishment was dropped when the Blues subsequently came to a financial arrangement – understood to have been a payment of £3million – to the French club.

Barcelona  which may appeal the FIFA's decision , have 90 days to ''regularise the situation'' of the minors on their books – which appears an order to send them back to their home countries

Spanish FA were alo given 12 months to tighten up their regulations and enforce the rules.
