The tour took him to NTA, Enugu; Dream FM Enugu; Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Enugu network station and News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.
At Dream FM, Nwajah was received by the station’s Managing Director and Head of Operation, Mr. Antonio Cruise and Nwosu Chidioze respectively; at FRCN, it was the zonal director, Ike Ken Okere, who expressed his delight in the visit, saying it was good in fostering institutional cooperation for the greater good of the country.
At the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, Mr. Vincent Mbadiwe Okwor, the Zonal Manager, who received the visiting Director, said that NAN has always been supportive of the Commission’s work at every point in time and the current rapport the media enjoys under the Ibrahim Magu’s led administration, underscores the importance and the role of media.
“We are surely going to step up our relationship and collaboration”, he assured. Mr. Osita who commended his hosts, explained that they have been “a strong and dependable ally in disseminating information regarding the work we have been doing to rid Nigeria of economic and financial crimes. I am here to thank you as well as solicit for a renewed effort in supporting us, especially in the South Eastern zone,” Nwajah stressed.
