Oshimhole, on Thursday announced the cancellation of Tuesday ward congress of All Progressives Congress (APC) in south senatorial district of the state due to what he termed "large scale irregularities" in the conduct.

Besides, he said, there was no register and result sheets in almost all the venue scheduled for the exercise, while in few areas within Benin City, many used unfair tactics to scare those who came to cast their votes.
