CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEMI-FINALS: Chelsea draw Atletico Madrid, Jose Mourinho’s men meet the conquerors of Barcelona

Chelsea will face Atletico Madrid in their semi-final encounter, with Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois set to be pitted against his employers as Jose Mourinho bids to claim another Champions League title.

Defending Champions Bayern Munich have been paired with Carlo Ancelotti’s side as Jose Mourinho’s men meet the conquerors of Barcelona from the last round.


The titleholders Bayern Munich will take on Real Madrid in the standout tie of the Champions League semi-finals as Pep Guardiola’s men will take on Carlo Ancelotti’s side in a repeat of the last-four clash from the 2011-12 season as they bid to defend their crown.


The first legs will be played on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 April and the return legs the following week, Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 April.


Lisbon will hold the final on May 24.
