Yet, with the achievements of the executive governor, some acrimonised individual, political big guns, agents of corruption who believed they have federal might at their disposal were everywhere to confused the good people of Osun land known to be a land of virtue.
THEIR ACCUSATIONS
On listening to their major criticism, they alleged the state governor on school reclassification program, Islamization of the state, indebtedness of the state treasury, lack of stomach infrastructure like previous government.
THEY WERE TOTALLY WRONG

Indeed, the progressives wheel cannot be dismembered.
THE GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION
Regardless of all forms of oppression by the security operatives deployed and their public mask act, threat to peace of the state, favorable umpire of independent national electoral commission, federal serving ministers and stakeholders presence, multifarious unauthorized arrest of state government officials and different political chieftains, molestation of some party agents at polling centre, various attempt to deceive citizens of their voters card, fear of technical and skilled rigging, distribution of temporary domestic goods such as rice and kerosene to buy citizen conscience…August 9, 2014 was that day the voice of Osun people shook the nation, the election results shows the popularity of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola government in the State. The incumbent governor was re-elected back to office, a sacred and victorious mandate decided by the Osun people in desire for the returned governor to display another government for the people.
In conclusion, the state of Osun has witness so many untold hardship from previous government before the good God sent the messiah- Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola to deliver the state from the evil people. The Osun people are wiser now, we shall stay STRONG. That axiomatic first step, the right step in the direction of a thousand miles has just begun “OGBENI RAUF TILL 2018” and with it comes a resounding message: We will not return to Egypt.
