Gwoza Attack: 28 0fficers Still Missing. 7 Rescued - Nigeria Police

The Nigerian Police reported seven of the 35 officers recently declared missing after the attack on the Gwoza training camp of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (PMF) in Borno State had been rescued.

Terrorists laid siege on the training camp recently. “Seven course men rescued and brought to safety. Search for remaining 28 are being intensified,” a report released from Abuja read.

Emmanuel Ojukwu, Force Public Relations Officer :Force Headquarters Abuja, declared the 35 policemen missing in a press statement last Saturday.

According to him, the search and rescue party launched immediately after the attack located and brought to safety all police officers in the training college at the time of attack.
