Dasukigate: Why Okupe went rolling on the floor at OBJ's house in Abeokuta

Former Media aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathanhas, Dr. Doyin Okupe said that he and former President Olusegun Obasanjo has settled their differences.

The Ex-media aide said in a Facebook post on Friday that he prostrated before Obasanjo, pleading earnestly for forgiveness. 

Okupe who criticised Obasanjo in defence of Jonathan during the latter’s tenure as president, said that Obasanjo scolded him before finally forgiving him. He said that they both embraced and kissed each other.

However, Okupe was said to have repeatedly prostrated for the former president!

Doyin Okupe and many other members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that served under former President Goodluck Jonathan are currently been prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC.

The incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari has reaffirmed his pledge in the just concluded anti-corruption summit in London to fiercely tackle corruption in Nigeria, while soliciting the international cooperation and sanctions against it.
