N400m Fraud: If I miss surgery, I risk paralysis - Olisa Metuh

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today deferred ruling on the application of the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Olisa Metuh to release his international passport to allow him travel abroad on health grounds.

Metuh through his counsel, Onyeachi Ikpeazu, SAN, had on May 16, 2016 filed a motion praying the court to allow him travel to the United Kingdom for proper medical attention.

Mr. Metuh threw up at the car park of the Federal High Court, venue of his ongoing trial, on Thursday, May 19, after receiving medication at the National Hospital the previous night
