Capitalists wishing or dreaming of owning refineries are free to apply for Licence - No to Privatisation - Shehu Sani

Kaduna refinery is located in my senatorial district, I will outrightly oppose and challenge any attempt to privatize it. 

Capitalists wishing or dreaming of owning refineries are free to apply for Licence from the FG and build their own.

Our refineries simply need an upgrade to serve to their maximum capacity; and the Government should even build more.

If you are a private investor who submits that Government owned refineries doesn't work,just build a private one that will work and compliment the state owned.
