Former director general of NAFDAC and one time Information Minister,Prof. Dora Akunyili is dead?

Contrary the reports that the former director general of NAFDAC and one time Information Minister,Prof. Dora Akunyili is dead, the media adviser to the ailing former NAFDAC DG has debunked the rumour going round that the former Minister of Information is dead.

Pls disregard the rumour about Prof. Dora Akunyili’s purported death. It’s the same baseless rumour circulated every 2/3 days by some people for reasons best known to them. They have been at this for about 4 weeks now and are likely to continue, since they apparently derive pleasure from doing so. The situation, as confirmed by former Anambra Governor Peter Obi, who visited Dora in the hospital earlier this week, is that she is getting better. It could be recalled that on the former governor of Anambra state Peter Obi visited her earlier this week.
