As the Nigerian security agency are trying to ascertain the authenticity of the newly released video of the acclaimed Boko Haram Leader, Abubakar Shekau showing the abducted Chibok girls, kidnapped by the Islamist Jihadists a month ago, the Spokesperson of the State Security Service (SSS), Ms Marilyn Ogar has told the world that the man who appears on the video released by Boko Haram, claiming to be the leader, is not the real Abubakar Shekau, and that the real Abubakar Shekau is dead.
According to her; "Boko Haram has become a franchise, anybody can assume and lay claim to any name. What I know is that the original Abubakar Shekau is dead; the person claiming to be the national leader now is not the original Abubakar Shekau."

"If security sources tell you that somebody is dead, you don't have to come out and doubt that" she said.


As the abducted Girls are still in the Boko Haram den, countries have joined in the Nigeria search for the Chibok girls. United States is reported to have deployed both manned and unmanned drones to locate the girls in the Sambisa forest.


UK, Canada, France and Israel are also part of the rescue operation to free the abducted girls.

The Orga position is to further confirm the claims that the real and original Boko Haram has been hijacked by a yet to be identified foreign group who are more determined at bringing Nigeria down unto her knees.
