FULANI HERDSMEN STRIKES IN KWARA; DESTROYED CASSAVA FARMS IN ORO

If the report reaching us is to be reckoned with , some FULANI herdsmen have invaded the large cassava farm belonging to 2 prominent personalities in ORO town with their cows .

According to the source who pleaded anonymity, the FULANI in their characteristic manners used their cows to destroy the beyond repair the Cassava farms belonging to CHIEF FRANCIS AINA AND MR PIUS ADEOJO .

The evil acts was perpetrated in the midnight when the 2 farmers have all left their farms .

We call on Kwara State government to rise for help of these helpless farmers from the hands of the tribes who believed they are not subject under the law of the land .

This call becomes imperative to prevent breaking down of law and order by the aggrieved parties .
